Well .. the caravan park WiFi connection is up and running, though not without some teething problems - it's all very new, here.
Caloo Callay, oh frabjous joy. Am sitting comfortably warm in the caravan with all my bits and pieces close to hand, and back with the organisation and simplicity of Firefox. Also, since am using OpenOffice as a preferred word processor, hopefully formatting might not get as screwed up by having to convert anything i write into MS "word", then transfer it to the Flash drive, then upload it via the Library MS system. Can edit as I go, now.
Have paid for seven days of 24 hour "broadband' speed access - $30 .... rubs hands with suppressed glee .. eerrrrmmm, well, not quite.
Will have to very careful and circumspect with what I write, now, as it seems that someone in Kapunda has "found" this blog - Hello Jane - and a rather eccentric, noticeable old pisspot in a very small caravan park wouldn't be too difficult to track down .. mmmmm. Do I, in a small town, still have the courage to be as open and honest with my thoughts?

Hello again.
Don't worry, your secret is safe with me!
I walk to the shops most days, and I have been watching for someone who looks like your photograph...
Ah, thanks Jane .. I tend to do the shopping at Eudunda on the way back from work, and am trying (very trying, some might say) to stay out of the pubs. As for the photo .. ermm, yup, have regrown the white beard, but the hat is more likely to be a black beret with a little tassel, these days - more in keeping with the promotion of the (fake) image of "artistic eccentric" .. heh.
but if you do see me, please say hello, I don't bite .. weeeell, not unless provoked .. heh.
