Was going to drop this link into a comment further back, but thought it better to make a post of it since there are many mis-understandings about "the law".
There are, of course, many 'jokes' (cliffs, buses, empty seats) about people who really do understand how complexities in "the law" operates; and tend to profit from us dimwits - but this one needs to be kept off the bus. This link is about Julian Assange (microsoft can't spell that one, either), but have added the primary site to the sidebar (erk, hope that am not sued for it .. heh)
Classic, and with a sense of humour as well.
