A good job of work there mate.

Understood by one who has achieved similar more than once.
Any Land rat will intone "an attractive garden adds thousands to the resale potential of a house"

what I can NEVER understand though, is how people fail to see that a tiny bit of weekly upkeep will prevent any garden from becoming such a challenge that outside muscle has to be called in.

I do wish The Chasers would whip around all those messy yards transformed by BackYard Bombers TV garden crews - so we can see how they fell back into rubbish dumps the minute the camera crews drove off.

Umm, ty, good ppl. Would have been nice to have had the few quid and the staff that backs the "Blitzers", but forgot to mention that it was really only a "cleanup"; and to be fair, the house has been empty for 8 months or so, and had to do it all by my little lonesome. Didn't want to tackle it at first, but the lady made me an offer that was difficult to refuse.

Well if the sun is out tomorrow I'm going to put wetta mulch on a garden bed, move a rosemary bush and one scoria rock. I have been moving these rocks for three years now, one at a time. The wheelbarrow is as much a crock as I am.
