Ephemeris 4

The Sea

Maré,
Mother of us all,

Bringing forth life from a random spark of energy;
Mistress to her master the Wind.
Serene and placid when he is absent

She chuckles and gurgles with glee
When he tickles her;

Driven to frenzy,
pounding and clutching
the shore with foaming fists;
When he breathes on her breast
With his passion

How beautiful. Is this an orginal poem written by you Davo? It was a joy to read. I love how the wind teases the sea ...

You know you two must be inspiring me!

I sang Amazing Grace through the other day as I was finishing off a bit of decorating and I can't carry a tune in a bucket!

I love these words and pics Davo, and hope to return to them again and again :>)
