However ..
Mahatma Gandhi, as you know, walked barefoot most of the time, which produced an impressive set of calluses on his feet. He also ate very little, which made him rather frail and with his odd diet, he suffered from bad breath. This made him ?.. A super-calloused fragile mystic hexed by halitosis.
Ah, OK, am content with Bolwells (and De dion Butons, Jag XK7's, a magnificent 'Morgan' etc.) but far be it from me to consign Ruppit Mudrake into the far distant, un remembered, anals (sic) of history. It will happen .. but not in my lifetime.
mm, now there's challenge .. 'desperately seeking to outlive that old arsehole'. No way that I can outlive the Vatican though .. that is seriously "entrenched", probably 'for evermore' as says Poe's crow.
