'Big River' country
Have moved along a bit. Am now in 'Big River' country (though- at this time of year - without the locks, weirs and dams - would be a mere trickle).
BillyB, dunno about 'climate change' as a concept. Weather around here has been bloody unpredictable. A week of 40C+, then a week of bloody cold (er, relative, 22C). And this is supposed to "summer"!!
Hi, 3score+. Went and had a look at yer recent writings .. sheesh, hope THAT is not what I have to look forward to over the next 15 years ;-). Cheers and best wishes (though will continue to DO things "Because I can". Beautiful philosophy).
