Not dead yet

Just a quick post. Went back down to town last weekend .. here are some pics of the Rundle Street Mall on a Friday Night.

Ah, Adelaide, my sweet Adelaide.

Have no idea who is responsible for the lass on the slippery-dip, nor the porkers rummaging .. but the shiny stainless steel spheres (locally known as "Bert's Balls") were the creation of an interesting guy by the name of Bert Flugelmann; who I had the privilege to meet, some (mumble mumble 40?) years ago.

The last two pics are out on North Terrace, where the State library is located .. along with the Museum and University of Adelaide.

Might be smallish, Adelaide, as cities go .. but is certainly not "staid".

Too big of a town for me, when I went to Cher's birthday bash I breezed right through Victoria.

Yeah, big towns have a lot of neat shit in them, but that doesn't mean I need it.

And they get uptight if I whip out my dick and piss on the side of the sidewalk.

These were taken over the weekend right?

Does that '80s saying "Like Adelaide on a Tuesday night... (meaning DEAD BORING)" still valid?

I dunno about bbc but I reckon Rundle Street is a great place to get your balls polished. (Somebody had to say that.)

Good to see you out and about. Not that I can see you.

Those pigs are marvellous. You should have gone back in daylight to give us a different view.

Hip, Rundle street has always been a place known for the ease with which one could get one's balls polished.
Even back in 1968 when I was stationed in Woodside as part of Australia's commitment to training nice young men to become Killers For Kapitalism. I frequently got my balls polished... Ten pin bowling as all the rage back then...

Billy b .. ah. If you had asked , or if I Had, in fact, noticed you deciding to piss on the carefully constructed pavement bricks and gentle beauty in the Rundle Mall .. would have several options, depending on how inebriated I was.
1/. Politely direct you to the clean and well maintained public urinal some 100 yards away.
2/. Point to the numerous dark and shadowy alleys that intersect the Mall.
3/. Get unpredictably and irrationally angry then forcibly direct a closed fist just behind your earlobe .. heh.

“Polishing balls”? Um, methinks you guys may be thinking of Hindley Street – which is in a direct line to Rundle Mall, but on the other side of King William Street .. Stormy Summers (among others) had her establishments there ... heh.

And the only thing about Woodside that I remember is frozen balls .. heh.

Womby in Malaysia .. all towns require exploration and local knowledge for those little parts where “excitement” exists .. heh

Come to Lahad Datu and I will show you this seedy karaoke where excitement do exist beyond your wildest dreams.... :-))
