Orphan apostrophes

Gahhh, dunno where i read that, but is fascinating.

Poor apostrophes, neglected, forgotten, jumpin' in to inapproprate places.

Almost akin to "whr hv ll th vwls gn" long time pa.a .ss .. ing. (Was that a song of some sort? Way back in distant memory?)

Next thing we know, vowels will be getting stroppy.

Drat, must be getting old(ish).

Distant memories of "How good it was".

P'r'aps I should set up a fund (tax free, of course) to promote the cause of the wayward apostrophe.
