Interesting that the "wheat growers" of the Central States of Upper North America.. NOW control 3/4 of the 'grains market' in Iraq. (??)

Rauf, it is me who is becoming bitter, stale, and cynical. A visit to either of your blogs gives me cheer.
The "Cole Enquiry" is a whole load of expensive crap. Old dictum "never set up an enquiry if you don't know the outcome."
Anyway, it will all be long gone by the next election, and some "New" news will be occupying flat sheets of dead trees.
