mm, might wander down this track ..

all of this is, technically, illegal .. but hey - why let a few technicalities get in the way of a good journey ..
...where's that jolly jumbuck you stuffed in your tuckerbag...? And, to clarify a point, what damn jumbuck is jolly ??? I've yet to meet a jocular sheep!
Many years ago we had an old smelly Billy Goat who looked quite strange wearing an old fascist helmet prancing back and forth and muttering strange noises, we called him Jerry or Gerry. he was put down eventually because of his dreadful odour. Smelly Gerry the Jerry was finally butchered and fed to the farm dogs, A fitting end.
.. and might also suggest that pic 3 is NOT a billabong. It's a dam, constructed by human beings to serve ... perhaps an ancient (in Australian history) idea..

I don't want lack of a few details such as these get in the way of a good photo-story, but ...
If you look really really hard, I think you can just make out the roof of the 4WD just below the surface of the billabong.
