in Australia for the past 60 years or so, the only arms that have needed are the ones that hang from my shoulders.
This is not a guaranteed condition. We have a "constitution" that is not 'written in stone', nor 'proscribed by law'.
It relies totally and absolutely on the 'goodwill' of the citizens living within the Commonwealth of Australia.
